If you were into the first season of Serial, then you've probably been listening to the recent updates provided by Sarah in Adnan's new hearing to determine if his sentace should be overturned. In case you haven't, or you've missed the news on this one, go listen now. You can get yourself up to speed pretty quickly.So far, each 'episode' has been only ~15 minutes, and they're supposed to continue for however long this hearing lasts. It's certainly worth listening to and doesn't require the same time investment as a normal episode.

There's also a great episode of The X Files Files this week that guest stars X Files writer Darin Morgan. It's always great when Kumail has him on the podcast. Darin is certainly one of the best X Files writers and though he's a soft spoken guy, what he has to say is guaranteed to make for some good pod!
